Our vision, our convictions!

Project genesis and development

Simundia was created in 2017 on the initiative of Colombe, Grégoire and Vincent.
Each of them then experienced the immense benefits of professional coaching and yet they noticed that this development tool is mostly reserved for company managers. They therefore decided to make it more easily accessible thanks to digital technologies.

Supported by Catherine Snyers, President of the Société Française de Coaching, they created a new coaching format in 3 sessions, conducted with a coach by videoconference. The first brick of the Simundia platform is born.

Notre vision

Technological, regulatory, social or environmental transformations create a need for permanent adaptation. In order to experience these transformations as opportunities and not as threats, to stay the course, soft skills (behavioural and managerial skills) will be essential for everyone.
They will enable us to gain resilience, foster bonding and interpersonal relations, in short, to rebuild the company and give it meaning.

Our mission is to help companies and their teams to remain successful in this context of permanent transformation. To do this, the continuous development of soft skills is key. Coaching is the most powerful tool for the development of soft skills, so we have made it accessible to everyone thanks to an innovative format: the coaching spot (short format) in videoconference.
