Our vision, our convictions

The genesis of the project and its development

Simundia was created in 2017 at the initiative of Colombe, Grégoire and Vincent.

The three had experienced the immense benefits of professional coaching. Yet, they found that this professional development tool was reserved only for business leaders. They, therefore, decided to make it more easily accessible thanks to digital technologies.

 

Supported by Catherine Snyers, President of the Société Française de Coaching, they created a new coaching format (in 3 sessions), carried out with a coach by videoconference. The first brick of the Simundia platform was born.

Coaching is the most powerful tool for developing soft skills, so we have made it accessible to everyone thanks to an innovative format: spot coaching (short format) via videoconference.

Our platform was created to facilitate the coaching experience: videoconferencing, digital management and impact measurement. However, how to talk about employee development without mentioning what makes all the difference: human support? For us, this is not an option. Our coaching remains deeply based on the interpersonal relationship created with a coach, selected specifically for the employee following an orientation meeting with our internal teams. This human-scale monitoring is also reflected in the quality of the relationship with our customers, monitored by a dedicated advisor from deployment to quarterly reviews.

The best of coaching for everyone

Making coaching accessible to everyone should not come at the expense of the quality of support. Whether the employee is a junior, manager or executive, we are committed to finding the best coach for them in less than 48 hours, anywhere in the world. Quality is a commitment that is close to our hearts at Simundia. It requires hyper-selective recruitment of our coaches and an optimized support methodology validated by Catherine Snyers, former Vice-President of the SFC. This method is a light format (three one-hour sessions) allowing the employee to target an operational problem and activate new practices quickly.
