If you started coaching with Simundia before 28/02/2024:
Simundia uses Twilio for its videoconferencing service until 01/03/2024. On that date, Simundia will deploy a new videoconferencing tool for you: Azure Communication Services.
You need to whitelist these two services (see below).
If you start coaching with Simundia after 28/02/2024:
You'll be using Azure Communication Services directly in videoconferencing. To test their correct operation, you can run the following test: https: //azurecommdiagnostics.net/
All you need to do is follow the instructions for Azure Communication Services below (you can ignore Twilio below).
On Windows and MacOs, all the usual browsers are compatible, but if you're using Ubuntu or your mobile phone, you can check your browser's compatibility by clicking here.

You must verify that the following ports are allowed on the Simundia website:

Generally speaking, your firewall (if any) should allow outbound UDP and TCP traffic to the public Internet from browsers that will be using Simundia.
