Technical requirements for using Simundia's video conferencing

Simundia uses Twilio for its videoconferencing service. To test its functionality, you can perform the following test: https: //

The points to follow present the prerequisites for a successful test. It is necessary that all these points turn green for the videoconference to work properly.

Internet connection:

40kBits/sec minimum.

Recommended browsers:

Twilio uses WebRTC technology supported by the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Safari.

The Internet Explorer browser is not compatible.

IP Whitelisting:

To make the connection, the following IP addresses must be allowed:

You must verify that the following ports are allowed on the Simundia website:

  • TCP : 443
  • UDP : from 10 000 to 60 000

Generally speaking, your firewall (if any) should allow outbound UDP and TCP traffic to the public Internet from browsers that will be using Simundia.

For an optimal use of the Visio we advise you to open the following IP ranges:
