1st Session: Observation

For this purpose, our platform allows to collect feedback (manager or 360), to take personality tests debriefed by a coach or to carry out the orientation interview with one of our experts to put words on the starting situation.

2nd session : Reflection

Coaching sessions are conducted directly on the platform, in video with their personalized coach. Between each session, the coachee can consult the content library with special recommendations according to their coaching theme.

3rd session : Action

A time for observation to become aware of limited thinking.
