As its branch network continues to grow, CIC Sud-Ouest has decided to offer Simundia situational coaching® to all its managers. Coaching complements an already extensive system (mentoring, co-development circle, training, etc.) to support managers:

  • Faced with the emergence of hybrid work since 2020
  • Faced with changing management practices in the banking sector

After a test with 30 managers, all branch directors are now involved, and can trigger their coaching every year, whenever they wish (a population of over a hundred coached managers).
