HR issues and challenges

As part of the 2024-2027 strategic plan "A High-Performance and Solidarity Together," major work has been carried out within Human Resources, particularly around career management, with the aim of being more proactive, more supportive, and more engaged with employees. The challenges of succession, retention, and attractiveness have never been more important, which is why special attention has been paid to management.

In order to detect, prepare and develop the managerial potential of its teams to serve the company's performance, CMNE needed an innovative and personalized solution to meet the expectations of new generations.

The Simundia solution

CMNE and Simundia have co-constructed a tailor-made program together. This is the Révèle program .

This program is made up of 3 pillars:

Group workshops to share, exchange and help each other.
Emotional intelligence test (EQi) and debriefing with a coach to understand your strengths and areas for improvement.
Individual Situational Coaching of 3 sessions of 1 hour to develop one or more soft skills and implement concrete actions

Feedback from HR teams

"The strength of the Révèle program lies in the innovative nature of this program. It provides highly personalized support that can be tailored to each employee, allowing them to leverage their strengths to further their careers and those of others."
