Sonepar Italy is part of the French Sonepar group, a leading multinational in the electrical industry. In recent years, the company has undergone a number of internal changes: organizational, technological and cultural. The human resources department wanted to support all its managers so that they would be the first to take part in these transformations, and also to value the women facing challenges and difficulties linked to their position and to moments in the company such as returning from maternity leave.
Each person benefits from 3 individual coaching sessions of 1 hour each, to be scheduled whenever they wish with one of our 300 certified coaches. A questionnaire and a 30-minute orientation session with a Simundia expert enable coachees to find the coach best suited to their needs.
Coaches are available at any time by chat to answer questions and share content related to the defined objective.
All employees also have access to a library of exclusive content.
Through practical exercises and role-playing, coaching helps you to gain greater confidence in decision-making and productivity within your team, and thus to adopt a better managerial posture.
Coachee Stefano Bellanco, Development Manager, talks about his coaching on public speaking: "For example, we worked on the need to ensure that your storytelling is always well calibrated to the context in which you're speaking. After my coaching course, my messages are much more effective (...) and I see a better involvement of the customer".
The quality of our hand-picked, certified coaches, the simple, intuitive platform, the HR tracking dashboard and the coachee dashboard, and the support provided by Simundia's teams ensure a smooth, efficient experience for all parties.
"There are so many qualities - the coaches, the accessibility, the ease of use, the flexibility - that it ensures a good return on our investment."
"What struck me most during the coaching was the techniques used, the role-playing suggested as well as the quality of the coach."
