Feel more productive

Axens, a global group specializing in petrochemicals and gas processing, reorganized its operations to address the 2020 crisis. In light of this organizational transformation, the HR department sought to support all of its managers so they could navigate this change with confidence and continue to perform effectively. Building on the success of the program in France, Axens decided to expand Situational Coaching® internationally to support employees and managers as they continue their transformation.
Each person receives a Situational Coaching® program consisting of three 1-hour sessions, which they can start on their own within 24 hours, at the most convenient time of the year.
An orientation meeting helps define the goal and match the manager with the coach best suited to their needs.
All 800 employees at headquarters also have access to Simundia's library of exclusive content.
Through coaching, managers have fostered more constructive communication within their teams and set clear goals for themselves and their employees. Employee engagement has increased, with a noticeable reduction in overall stress levels within the teams.
By working on their leadership style and management tools, the managers who received coaching developed their ability to engage their teams in the change process and maintain commitment to the company’s values.
The flexibility of the system, the quality of the coaches, and the personalized support provided by the Simundia teams ensured a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Managers feel more comfortable in their roles, teams feel better, and as a result, we have a workforce that is better equipped to align with the company’s strategy and collective goals.

It was really the perfect match between my coach, her advice, and my needs.
