The biopharmaceutical sector is undergoing transformation, impacted by changes of several kinds: societal, competitive and technological. It is in this context that Sanofi has decided to support its employees through coaching.
After several years of internal reorganization, Sanofi decided to launch a new transformation plan and outsource a large part of its support functions. Agnès Ceruti was responsible for supporting the reconversion of 1000 employees. Some evolved from technicians to supervisors for external service providers, and others changed paths or left the company.
